Who can cancel order?

User has received a successful completion confirmation but not received services and payment is credited to SRK Money Account.

All transactions which have failed for any reason directly attributable to SRK Money and SRK Money has received corresponding confirmation from the payment gateway, will be automatically refunded to User's bank account within 3-21 working days from the date of transaction and a confirmation mail will be sent to User's email id registered with SRK Money. However, for cases where User has received a successful completion confirmation but not received services, User is require to log a complaint by sending an e-mail to customer care Email ID given on this website. SRK Money shall enquire the matter after receiving the complaint from the User and based on the enquiry may refund the payment.

I made a payment, but my transaction did not get success. What to do? Please login to your SRK Money account and check your SRK Money balance, If your did not get balance send a email to our Customer Support ( support@SRK Money.com ) form and mention the transaction reference number.

• 1. All such requests will be processed within 48 hours.
• 2. However in case of Prepaid mobile, dth and Datacard recharges after confirmation from operator side if the transaction get success than Cancellation not Allowed.
• 3. No charges for cancellation will be applicable if there is an issue in delivering of our product or recharges getting failed.
• 4. Transaction amount will be refunded to User's bank account or in SRK Money balance within 3-21 working days from the date of transaction depends on nature of transaction.

Return & Refund Policy

Who can get a refund ?

SRK Money gives refund if payment is successful, and payment is credited to SRK Money Account.

All return request will be accepted within 7-days from date of transaction and amount will be automatically refunded to User's bank account within 3-21 working days from the date of transaction and a confirmation mail will be sent to User's email id registered with SRK Money. Only the actual transaction amount will be refunded excluding payment gateway charges and all applicable taxes.

• 2. Actual transaction amount excluding delivery charge, payment gateway charge and taxes will be credited in User's bank account or in SRK Money balance within 3-21 working days from the date of transaction depends on nature of transaction
